Good quality and good color. It's attached to the helmet through velcro on the back and middle, and the NVG elastic on the front. Has a large pocked on the back which easily fits a larger battery-bank. It has loops so you could attach vegetation in field, but since it's velcro mounted I'd avoid attaching stuff that's heavy or easily snag.
