FN Herstal x Cybergun FN 509 GBB Pistol (Optics/Suppressor Ready)
A Green Gas-powered pistol, manufactured by Double Eagle under a licence from FN Herstal granted by Cybergun.
This version is designed for use with red dot sights (RMR-type footprint), and the barrel features a 14 mm CCW thread, allowing for the attachment of silencers.
The FN 509 features a metal slide fitted with mechanical (fibre-optic) sights. In addition, the slide has serrations to facilitate handling of the pistol. The model bears the fully licensed markings of the Belgian firearms manufacturer FN Herstal. On the slide, you’ll find the FN manufacturer’s logo, the model designation 509, and the calibre 9x19. This is a clear nod to gamers who appreciate a faithful reproduction of firearms.
The frame (made of nylon-reinforced polymer) features a rail that allows for the attachment of, for example, a torch or a laser sight. The pistol is fitted with a ambidextrous slide release and magazine release. This is important for left-handed players. Effortless control is facilitated by the ergonomic grip, which features a textured surface.
The reinforced mechanism utilises steel components: lockes, ball bearings and breakers, increasing the replica’s durability and reliability. The dual spring system in the spring guide ensures smoother operation and greater resilience during intensive use. The muzzle has been designed based on solutions used in GBB airsoft rifles, and its housing, featuring dual return spring guides, ensures stable operation of the blowback mechanism during every firing cycle
