The GATE TITAN V2 Advanced Specna EDGE is an electronic Drop-In MOSFET controller designed for airsoft replicas equipped with a V2 gearbox. The unit allows users to configure the replica's operation, including trigger sensitivity, firing modes, Pre-Cocking, and rate of fire.
The controller offered is sourced from the Specna Arms EDGE version and features rear wiring.
TITAN V2 Controller Functions
Trigger Sensitivity Adjustment – allows the replica's response to trigger input to be customized
Pre-Cocking – pre-tensions the main spring to reduce trigger response time
Configurable Fire Selector – allows the available firing modes to be customized
BURST – programmable burst-fire mode
ROF Control – rate-of-fire adjustment
Sniper Delay – programmable delay between consecutive shots
Cycle Detection – monitors the completion of the gearbox operating cycle
AUG Mode – allows two trigger sensitivity levels to be set for semi-automatic and fully automatic fire
Low battery warning
Battery protection against damage
Configurable Fire Selector
The TITAN V2 uses two fire selector sensors, allowing firing modes to be configured.
The unit supports, among others:
SAFE – prevents firing
SEMI – semi-automatic fire
AUTO – fully automatic fire
BURST – programmable burst fire
Fire selector configuration allows the replica's operation to be tailored to user preferences.
Cycle Detection
The TITAN V2 detects the position of the gearbox mechanism, allowing the end of each operating cycle to be controlled.
This enables:
Automatic BURST control without manually setting burst duration
Control over the mechanism during Pre-Cocking
Completion of the full gearbox cycle when Pre-Cocking is disabled
Pre-Cocking
The Pre-Cocking function pre-tensions the main spring, reducing the time between pulling the trigger and firing a shot.
It allows the replica's operating characteristics to be adjusted, particularly for faster trigger response.
Note: Using Pre-Cocking, especially with high-powered main springs, may accelerate wear on the replica's internal components.
BURST
The BURST function allows users to program a series of shots fired with a single trigger pull.
Thanks to cycle detection, there is no need to manually set the duration of the burst.
This feature is useful during MILSIM games and when using Real-Cap and Low-Cap magazines.
ROF Control
The ROF Control function allows the replica's rate of fire to be reduced without replacing mechanical components.
It allows firing frequency to be adjusted to user preferences and gameplay requirements.
Sniper Delay
The Sniper Delay function allows a delay to be set between consecutive shots in SEMI mode.
It can simulate the time needed for reloading or recoil compensation.
