The vest is made around nylon mesh. It has three straps on each side fro size adjustment. On the back there are three 50mm wide straps. The vest consists of two parts that are secured together using zipper. Right flap features three single ammo pouches for STANAG type magazines and small pouch with hook&loop panel for patches.
Left flap features radio pouch, three pistol magazine pouches and three single STANAG type magazine pouches. These are secured by hook&loop strap. This allows the pouches to be taken out and to install pistol holster in their place. The set includes belt secured with buckle. Additional pistol magazine pouches can be attached to the belt using hook&loop strap. The belt is adjustable.
Additional accessories shown in photographs are not included in the kit!
the vest is tricky to use since you either get a negative effect on reloading or negative effect on drawing your secondary, mag pouches are too big for regular m4 mags but too small for any ak mag except for the bulgarian mags by cyma
if you are looking at this product, its better to just spend more on a regular molle vest and pouches because itwould be modular, this particular vest is not very modular
Just received it and seems like it is very good quality, the pistol holster is small so if you have a pistol longer than 18-19cm it will not fit there.
Positives:
-Very adjustable
-Pouches fit all types of mags
-Lots of pockets (like on the belt for small things).
-Great quality for the price
Negatives:
-Can be a bit hard to adjust for someone who is taller (Im around 188cm) and could be a bit small, especially in the lower part.
I already had a black vest, wanted a green one to use with my camo clothing. This vest has a lot of positive points to it.
+ Integrated (and removable) belt
+ Lots of room for your mags
+ Integrated holster to be used as quick draw
+ Possibility to add the GFC camelback (!)
+ Velcro for patches
On the other hand there are some negative things:
- Most things cant be moved or replaced (for example, I don't have any spare mags for my side-arms so I just fill the 5 small mag-pouches with snickers bars (lol).
- The max size might not fit the bigger soldiers around; I'm 1.86m and feel like that is the max.
However, I would certainly recommend it, as for its prize there is not much that matches it!
A solid vest if the atachments are what you need, because you cannot change anything. on the front. On the back you can put some stuff. For now I'm satisfied.
