High Velocity features a modified internal layout based on reinforced parts made of aluminium and steel. Thanks to these modifications, the rifle straight out of the box achieves a discharge velocity of nearly 500 FPS, while ensuring smooth operation of the mechanisms. Among the changes to the High Velocity version are:
- redesigned trigger system with steel components
- lightweight, aluminum CNC piston
- aluminum CNC spring guide
- stronger mainspring
The Specna Arms sniper replica is equipped with a simple and reliable four-barrel mechanism that must be reloaded before each shot is fired. The replica is made of metal and reinforced plastic. The entire outer barrel assembly including the breech chamber, trigger and reloading handle is metal here, as well as RIS / Picatinny accessory rails and all mounting components such as screws. The bed with the buttstock, cheek piece, buttstock and magazine are all made of robust plastic. The buttstock itself is finished with a comfortable rubber cap, its thickness can be adjusted with a set of interchangeable caps. Combined with the adjustable cheek piece, this gives you the possibility to adjust the flask to the shooter's preference.
The use of reinforced NCore™ plastic in the replica makes the construction very durable, and the matte bed covering makes the CORE™ sniper replicas very impressive at first glance. In addition, a coating Nano Coating is used to finish the metal parts. The locking mechanism features laser engraved markings Specna Arms.
The rifle disassembles into 2 main components: the bed with butt and barrel with locking chamber. This is a useful solution for transport, and putting the rifle together requires only 3 Allen screws and takes only a short moment. Thanks to the RIS / Picatinny 22mm standard mounting rails, we can equip the rifle with any optics and additional accessories such as a bipod. The replica also has a special polymer RIS mounting rail which is placed on the bed, above the barrel in the front part of the replica. This rail will allow the installation of additional accessories such as AN/PEQ cans. The replica is equipped with 2 double-sided sockets for mounting a QD-type belt. A convenient safety is located next to the dummy lock and is operated by the thumb. The replica's barrel is finished with a metal discharge device mounted on a 14mm CCW thread.
Internally, the replica, apart from the Hop-up chamber, cylinder head and magazine, is fully compatible with the popular VSR-10 system on the market, which will allow for easy power tuning and wide availability of spare parts.The slider for adjusting the Hop-Up system is located on the bed of the replica, which allows for a very simple and quick adjustment of the boost of the fired balls.
