Specna Arms Core Gen.2 carbineshave been developed to deliver the best possible user experience at an attractive price. Based on experience, passion, commitment, Core Gen. 2 carbines have been redesigned for even better performance that will allow the user to take a factory product out of the box that is up to any task on the airsoft field.
To this end, the Specna Arms Core Gen.2 carbines have been equipped with, among other things:
- TDC Magnus™ rotating Hop-Up chamber (Top Down Center) allowing for very accurate and stable adjustment (covered by European Patent number 015052069-0001)
- Helium™ Flat Hop Eraser, which improves the stability of the ball's undercurrent
- Aluminium sealed nozzle
- Æther™ Gearbox - reinforced frame (covered by European Patent number: 015044865-0001), equipped with:
- mainspring release function
- pre-cocking and AoE inspection windows

The body, the slide including the Light Ops Stock and the pistol grip are manufactured from nylon fibre-reinforced polymer polymer. Other components such as the barrel, buttstock, enlarged reloading handle and tactical sling assembly are made of metal (all screws, pins and dummy slide are made of steel). Markings and serial number are applied to the barrel.
The Light Ops Stock is a minimalist stock with low weight and an impeccable and modernistic design. The model has rubber non-slip stickers on both sides of the cheek piece and the characteristic curved rubber of the stock foot, which settles comfortably on the shoulder.
The replica has been very well fitted, the user will not experience any play between the lower and upper parts of the body. The use of lightweight polymer body allowed to reduce the weight, which makes it perfect for dynamic games or prolonged milslims.
The replica uses the quick spring change system , ESA™. This allows quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the playing field without the need to have access to a workshop or a number of specialised tools - simply unscrew the butt guide to reveal access to exchange the spring without having to pull out or disassemble the gearbox.
The advantages of the ESA™ system are difficult to overstate. In the light of the arrangements within the environments themselves, this system guarantees the user considerable possibilities and a great deal of freedom. The ESA™ system allows, with a minimum of time, to change the mainspring and thus to adapt the replica's discharge velocity to the area of play so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the fire and the safety of oneself and other players.
The precisely manufactured Rotary Hop-Up chamber is perfectly compatible with the high quality 6.03mm precision barrel. The use of a precision barrel positively affects the range and accuracy of the replica. It is important to remember to use high quality 6mm ammunition.
The replica is equipped with a 22mm RIS dorsal rail and an adjustable buttstock. Thanks to the extendable butt end with a foot with an anti-slip texture, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the build and preferences of the shooter. The replica has a 14 mm CCW barrel thread.
