The harness has an adjustable circumference ranging from 820 mm to 1280 mm, allowing for an optimal fit to the user’s build. The foam used to stiffen the harness significantly improves comfort, even under heavy loads. The belt is fitted with adjustable, flat ‘X’-shaped shoulder straps.

Surprisingly well made for the price, can be adjusted to big fellas like 190 plus, I am myself 182 and needed to shorten some of the suspenders which is good :)
