Terms & Conditions of promotion „Beryl 2+1 for 1 PLN”

§1 Definitions

1. Organiser / Seller – GF Corp sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42–46, 51-162 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000556946, REGON 361501099, NIP 8952044411, operating the online store at https://gunfire.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).
2. Promotion – the “Beryl 2+1 for PLN 1” promotion conducted under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Product – the product covered by the Promotion: Assault rifle airsoft Fabryka Broni Radom wz.96C Beryl.
4. Participant – a person making a purchase in the Store during the Promotion period. To the extent that the Promotion is addressed to consumers, the Participant is a consumer within the meaning of the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
5. Cart – a set of products added to an order in the Store.
6. PLN 1 Product – the third unit of the Promotional Product, the price of which is reduced under the Promotion to PLN 1.00 gross, in accordance with §3.

§2 General provisions

1. The Promotion applies in all markets where the Store offers the Promotion, under uniform terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to section 2 below.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of the law of the Participant’s country of habitual residence.
3. The Promotion is valid from 6.03.2026 until stocks allocated to the Promotion are exhausted, i.e. 100 units of the Promotional Product.
4. The Promotion applies only to purchases made in the Organiser’s online Store.
5. The Promotion does not include delivery costs or additional services, unless the Store expressly states otherwise.

§3 Rules of the “Beryl 2+1 for PLN 1” Promotion

1. The Promotion consists in the fact that a Participant who adds at least 3 (three) units of the Promotional Product to the Cart in a single order becomes eligible to purchase 1 (one) unit of the Promotional Product for PLN 1.00 gross.
2. The Promotion applies only to the Promotional Product indicated in §1 section 3. Other products available in the Store are not taken into account when determining whether the conditions of the Promotion have been met.
3. Promotion application rule: after adding 3 units of the Promotional Product to the Cart, the price of one of them is automatically reduced to PLN 1.00 gross.
4. The Promotion can be combined within a single order. For every 3 units of the Promotional Product in the Cart, the Participant may purchase 1 unit for PLN 1.00 gross, e.g. 6 units = 2 units for PLN 1 each.
5. The Promotion is applied automatically in the Cart or in the order summary after the conditions of the Promotion have been met. The Participant is informed that the Promotion has been applied before placing the order.

§4 Restrictions and exclusions

1. The Promotion is valid until the stocks allocated to the Promotion are exhausted, i.e. 100 units of the Promotional Product. The Organiser may end the Promotion earlier once this limit has been exhausted.
2. The Promotion applies only to orders placed during the Promotion period.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, unless the Store expressly states otherwise for a given campaign or in the Cart.
4. If there are fewer than 3 units of the Promotional Product in the Cart, the Promotion will not be applied.

§5 Returns, withdrawal from the contract and settlement of the Promotion

1. The Participant has the right to withdraw from the contract and return products in accordance with the rules described in the Store’s returns policy, in compliance with the laws applicable in the country of the Participant’s habitual residence.
2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract covering the entire order, the Participant returns all products from the order, and the Organiser refunds the payment in accordance with applicable laws.
3. If the Participant returns part of the order and, after the return, the order no longer meets the condition of including at least 3 units of the Promotional Product, the Participant is also required to return the PLN 1 Product, i.e. the unit covered by the Promotion.
4. The above provisions do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights, including in particular rights arising from a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

§6 Complaints regarding the Promotion

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, including via the form available at: https://gunfire.com/en/about/returns-and-complaints-832.html.
2. Complaints are reviewed by the Organiser within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

§7 Personal data protection

1. Participants’ personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion and handling complaints regarding the Promotion.
2. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify them, erase them, restrict processing, transfer them, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

§8 Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 6.03.2026 and remain valid until the stocks allocated to the Promotion are exhausted, i.e. 100 units of the Promotional Product.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website at: https://gunfire.com/en/info/terms-conditions-of-promotion-beryl-2-1-for-1-pln-1991.html.
3. The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions only for valid reasons and in a manner that does not infringe rights already acquired by Participants. The amendments do not apply to orders placed before the publication of such amendments.
