Shooting weapons in the bull-pup (sometimes called flaskless) configuration have a long tradition and as many supporters as sceptics. One advantage of this type of design, however, is hard to dispute - the possibility of using a really long and effective barrel, while maintaining the relatively compact dimensions of the carbine itself. The aesthetic qualities should not be overlooked either - the bull-pups are simply distinctive and cannot be mistaken for anything else.
Like the flammable original, the body of the replica is made of strong polymer plastic. Metal was used for the entire front part of the replica, as well as small parts such as the shell ejector flap and flame suppressor.
Both the rear and front of the replica feature metal mounts for attaching the tactical suspension. The hop up system adjustment knob is accessed as standard by pulling back the reloading handle, thereby exposing the shell ejector window. The handle can be locked in the rear position. Characteristically for this design, the ejector windows are located on both sides so that a left-handed user will also have comfortable access. The flame silencer has been mounted on a 14mm, left-handed thread.
The replica's battery is located inside the flask (if we can use this word in connection with the - nomen omen - flaskless system). To do so, it is sufficient to remove the rubber boot. No tools are required for this, as it is attached "by pressing in". It also takes a few seconds disassembling the entire carbine into two parts - if, for example, you want to access the hop-up chamber and the inner barrel. To do so, you only need to press the metal locking pin and slide out the fire selector, then disassemble the structure into 2 parts - the body and the front and barrel sections.
The replica has 4 22mm RIS rails: a long, dorsal one, and 3 smaller ones on the sides and under the barrel of the replica.
The carbine has two-stage trigger assembly, a shallower press of which results in a single shot, while a deeper press results in continuous fire. The fuse is located at the pistol grip and can be operated on both sides.
The rifle is equipped with a quick spring change system allowing the mainspring to be replaced with minimal time. There is no need to take out the gearbox and disassemble the entire structure: just remove the buttstock, unscrew the plastic cap, and then remove the guide bar with spring through the hole in the rear wall of the gearbox. The system allows quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the airsoft battlefield, without the need for access to a workshop or a number of specialised tools. We can now easily guarantee the ideal compromise between the effectiveness of fire control and the safety of ourselves and other players.
The replica comes with a plastic hi-cap magazine with a capacity of 330 pellets.
The kit does not include a battery or charger.
