In the case of this particular replica, the licenced used was that of American Lewis Machine & Tool. The replica was made from metal and polycarbonate polymer. Just like in the original firearm, metal pieces include: the receiver, RIS rails, external barrel and stock pipe. Polymer elements include: pistol grip and stock. Small elements such as fire mode selector, trigger or bolt-catch have also been made from metal. This version comes entirely in black colour.
The replica features a regulated, functional stock with 6 position options, which allows it to be tailored to the user’s body type and preferences. The stock has a rubber buttpad. In addition, there are fixed sights. Once the transport handle has been removed, the users gains access to the top RIS rail and can mount, for example, an optical sight.
The very detailed craftsmanship and fine fitting of all parts makes this replica very solid, tight and absent with any loose parts. Hop-Up regulation is accessed in a traditional way - after retracting the cocking handle. An additional plus for enthusiasts is a working bolt-catch mechanism.
The battery is stored inside the SF stock. The handguard has RIS rails placed on all four sides, which allows for attachment of a variety of additional accessories. The receiver has laser engraved manufacturer markings on both sides.
On the inside is a tight pneumatic system with high quality chamber and Hop-Up packing. The gearbox features an reinforced cylinder with a sealed head and 8mm plain bearing. The quality of parts used and their very well fitting allows for an achieved muzzle velocity of about 400FPS, which makes this replica a perfect tool for middle range combat.
Apart from the replica, the set includes a polymer high capacity (350 BBs) magazine.
